Performed many accounting utilities including accounts payable and receivable also bookkeeping knowledge. Head of maintenance department. Duties include: Entering all service call tickets for day, billing out charges to different landlords, researching and ordering parts for maintenance of properties. Payroll for maintenance men. Pay numerous invoices each month, and keep maintenance departments accounting book balanced each month. Regular job duties include; answering phones, taking rental payments and assisting customers. In charge of preparing all court documents that include Unlawful detainer's, garnishments, writ of possessions, and warrant in debts. Preparing different organizational lists and records of property repairs, sub contractors insurance updates. Preparing leases and rental agreements and going over with tenants.
