Project Description :-
Coordinates and manages all aspects/activities of ITO Implementation project team. Manages ITO infrastructure projects that have high risk and complexity. Provides technical project management leadership for multiple projects. Directs the activities of project team members to accomplish project objectives. Has the skill and experience to turn a project around. The technical project manager operates independently, act as principal focal point for the client who has submitted the project request and interacts with senior management (as needed). Is responsible for the duration of the project and has authority and overall responsibility for obtaining all project-related commitments and engaging the necessary technical resources. Other responsibilities include managing project resources, developing high-level risk assessment and risk mitigation strategy, which includes implementation, maintenance, and documentation of project risk, as well as resolution procedures. Responsible for scheduling and cost control, and various issues related to project. Has overall accountability for the project documentation including project plan, project scope, financials, schedules, change requests, status reports, and closeout documentation. Used for ITO labor expenses Milestones: The project manager will be required to meet all the standard milestones and deliverables associated with ITOs Infrastructure Provisoning Process. The deliverables will include: detail project plans, status reports, jeopardy notifications, change control, and financial reports. Senior Technical Implementation Project Manager -is responsible for the deployment of system infrastructure into ITO data centers required to support the critical needs of the business. Manages project team(s) Structures project communications Conducts project kickoffs Conducts meetings Tracks and communicates project progress Measures and evaluates project performance Plans and engages project resources Manages project risks and develops risk mitigation strategies Controls all project activities for scheduling, estimating, forecasting, budgeting, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting costs Manages change and cost control challenges Overall accountability for issue identification, assignment, tracking, resolution, and closure processes Responsible for the development of all project documentation through out the project life cycle Development of management briefings, reports, and presentations with senior management. Overall accountability for project quality and assessment of customer satisfaction Manages customer expectations Has overall responsibility for the implementation of a change management process to capture, evaluate, document, approve, implement, and communicate all project changes.
